Pricing

12% Fee

For roles with a base salary up to £49,999 per annum.

15% Fee

For salaries £50,000 and above, we offer a highly competitive 15% of the annual salary.

Settle your invoice within 14 days of receipt and receive a 10% discount on the total fee.

All pricing is contingent upon working exclusively with us on the position. This ensures we can dedicate our full resources and expertise to deliver the best possible results for your recruitment needs.

PERMANENT RECRUITMENT

We source and secure the best candidates for long-term, employed positions, based entirely upon your requirements.

Fee: Contingent – A percentage of the candidate's base salary, payable only upon successful placement. 

EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Our retained search service is designed for confidential, exclusive, and senior-level roles. We conduct comprehensive research and employ a targeted, discreet approach to identify exceptional professionals. We are committed to working with you until you achieve a successful result. 

Fee: Retained – A staggered fee structure: 25% upfront, 25% upon producing a candidate shortlist, and 50% upon appointment. 

CONTRACT RECRUITMENT

We provide highly skilled and flexible contract professionals to support your business needs as you require them. 

Fee: Contingent – Our fee is a percentage of the candidate's contract rate, invoiced weekly or monthly 

PROJECT RECRUITMENT

We offer exclusive agreements to manage end-to-end recruitment for specific projects or periods of growth. This provides a dedicated resource for larger hiring initiatives.

RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
